The HTC One X will launch in Europe this Thursday, and it looks like Canada isn't far behind. Canadian network Rogers is offering HTC's new flagship phone for pre-order from today, priced C$169.99 with a three (yes, three) year contract. Rogers is sweetening the deal by giving One X pre-orderers the chance to win a "HTC prize pack", including a two-person trip to the Universal Music Video Awards in Toronto and C$2500 spending money.
