Chef Marcie Turney and Valerie Safran?s newly opened Spanish tapas spot Jamonera in Midtown Village is debuting a delicious late-night food and drink menu starting this Monday, March 19.
The menu will be available every Sunday through Thursday from 10-11:30 p.m.
Says Chef Turney, ?Spaniards rely on a daily siesta to keep them going all night, and after a full evening of drinking and revelry, they enjoy a late-night snack before turning in.?
Highlights of the late-night drink menu include: $3 Beer; $4 Sangria; $5 Wines by the Glass; and a $15 Sherry Tasting. A selection of frequently changing $2 tapas ?bites? may include: Fried, Chorizo-Stuffed Olives and Sheep?s Milk Cheese with Membrillo.
In addition, a menu of ?Kitchen Staff Snacks? will be offered. These dishes, often created after Chef Turney and her team have finished a long night of work, will change weekly and range in price from $5 to $10.
Think Jamon & Waffles, Bocata a la Plancha and Marcie?s Kitchen Snack Fries, Serrano-wrapped fries with aged sheep?s milk cheese and truffled sea salt.
Channel your inner European and stop by Jamonera when your tapas craving hits.
