Three Dogs At Home: A New Paint Brush I Like!

While I usually use a good quality bristle?brush to paint moldings and furniture occasionally I will use a foam brush for touch ups.?

The foam brushes are easy to clean up but I have never liked the brush after it has been in the paint for a while or it has been?washed.?

?

?

They get a little mushy and start to bend in the middle.? I am not sure mushy is a word but if you have used a foam brush you know what I am talking about.

I know that I am not alone when I admit that I love to?browse the paint aisle at the home improvement store.? I have found some of my favorite tools that way.

And that is how I came across this new brush by Wooster.

?

?

?

It has a plastic handle with a core that extents up through the center of the foam making it more stable and less "mushy".

?

?

See how fast I am painting with it.? Just kidding but I did like the?finish I got with the brush?and it was just as good to paint with the third time as it was?the first.? At under $4 it is a great way to keep foam brushes out of the landfill.
