Taking place at Cressing Temple Barns, Braintree, Essex on Saturday and Sunday 21, 22 July, the festival celebrates food and drink from Essex, East Anglia and further afield. There are two barns bursting with food stands, an outside food court, a chef?s stage and a craft barn.
The cookery theatre line-up features celebrity chefs Gino D?Acampo, Aldo Zilli and Mark Baumann, along with talented local chefs. There are around 100 stands, including speciality and artisan producers, kids? cookery classes, tastings and demonstrations.
The Adnams Boat Bar will be at the Food Court, showcasing our Southwold-made products. We will be offering Southwold Bitter, Broadside, Ghost Ship, Sole Star and our new seasonal beer, Flame Runner, on cask, alongside Spindrift and our Copper House Spirits.
We will also have an Adnams Cellar & Kitchen stand in the event?s Barley Barn offering a select range of bottled beers, spirits, wine, our food range and enamelware.
It should be a fun family day out and it looks like the weather should be fine!
