My landlord has offered to sell me the property, he is not using a seller agent and i'm not using a buyers agent,i have done research on this and the answers have come from realtors,my concern is will the attorney help you with negotiations,with finding financing ,the attorney will handle the legal side,does the attorney have a pulse on the market,will he have access to the comps? Any feed back would be appreciated,I'm not trying to do this the wrong way.
